U.S. Marshals recover 2 missing children, arrest mother

The Manitou Springs Police Department assisted the U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF) in recovering two children from Connecticut who had been missing since October 2025 and arresting their mother, a fugitive from the law.
