The 10-year Treasury yield vs. the dividend-paying ETFs The 10-year Treasury yield climbed to 5.225% on Thursday. That’s the highest level since June 2007. The First Trust SMID Cap Rising Dividend Achievers ETF (SDVY) is off 9% from the 52-week high. Shares are down 6.5% in a month. The State Street SPDR S & P Dividend ETF (SDY) is down 7.7% from the July high. It is down 7% in a month. VICI Properties has a dividend yield of 7.78%. The stock is down 13% in a month. UPS has a dividend yield is 7.13%. The stock is down 11.7% in September. General Mills has a dividend yield of 7.01%. The stock is down 15.5% in September. Kraft Heinz is paying 6.71%. The stock is down 7% in September. Edison International is paying 6.68%. It is down almost 30% in a month. Clorox and Hormel Both consumer stocks hit new lows dating back to 2013. Clorox is 36% from the February high. Hormel is 25% from the June high. HRL 3M mountain Hormel Foods in three months Moderna and Meta Platforms Both hit new highs. Meta is at highs not seen since September 2025. Shares are up 50% from the March low. Moderna is at levels not seen since January 2023. The stock is up 775% from the November low. That’s hot. Cybersecurity all-time highs Advanced Micro Devices hit a new high. The stock is up 306% from the September 2025 low. There was also a new high for CrowdStrike . The stock is up 203% from the February low. Fortinet hit a new high. Shares are up 142% from the January low. FTNT YTD mountain Fortinet in 2026 Durable goods The August numbers come out live on ” Squawk Box ” at 8:30 a.m. ET. Dow Jones consensus estimates call for a 0.3% decrease.
