Gillio Lopes, one of the Chi Phi fraternity brothers accused of sexually assaulting Jane Doe in 2024, is denying the allegations. His lawyer, Andrew Miltenberg, told Lilia Luciano that his client’s punishment of a suspension and essay was “unfair.”
